Scientific and techological progress has made life easier for humanity. However it has also made it easier for the criminal element to hurt nature for profit, commit brutal crimes and kill other with sophisticated methods. They must be stopped! Enter Winspector a special police/rescue force dedicated to protecting humanity from those who would hurt them like criminals, terrorists and mental asylum fugitives.

Ryuma Kagawa
Ryuma is the only member in the Winspector team with special armor that enhances his strenght and protects him against most attacks. He also has access to a special car, winsquad, which can transform from a normal police car to special version whici s nearly indestructible. Ryuma's main weapon is a laser sword.

Biker
One of the two special robots developed for Winspector. Has a wheel built in to his chest which it can use to move on the ground. Also has a special motorcycle. His main weapons are two spears.

Walter
He is the other robot member of Winspector. He has the ability to fly by using a jetpack built into his back.

Tousuke Masak
He is Winspector's leader, after losing a friend who had come up with the idea for a special rescue/police force, he decided to make his friend's vision a reality and thus Winspector was borned. Goes on to develop Solbrain after the members of his team move to Paris to help Interpol..

Junko Fujino
She is the Assistant to the police Inspector. She is also the special investigations agent in the team.
