Siblings,
Yumiko and Shigeru are visited by an odd pair of strangers.
They warn them to get out of their parent’s beautiful
horse or else bad things will happen. The two refuse
the strangers saying that their father’s Inca
Statue will protect them from any harm. The two strangers
revel themselves to be the trickster ghost(s) “Hitosume
Kozo” (One-Eyed Brat). The two ghosts (Nopo and
Chibi) cause all sorts of mayhem in the house to scare
the children out. The Kaku Ranger Team hear their calls
for help and rush to their aid. Defeated, Nopo and Chibi
return to their master “Oonyudou”. He wants
the kid’s house for his full scale diorama which
he is creating using “miniaturized” versions
of various buildings, places and vehicles from around
Tokyo. Undeterred Oonudou, continues his reign of terror
by “shrinking” the Tokyo Tower and various
other random vehicles. Nopo and Chibi try again to get
the kids out of the house by forcing Yumiko to get rid
of their father’s Inca Statue. Oonyudou then steals
the house along with Tsuru Hime and Yumiko. The Kaku
Ranger Team go to the rescue.
